Theres this horrible idea of a reality show on VH1, The White Rapper Show that premiers soon. One of the guys on the show is John Brown from Davis, CA. Anyone know this cat?

i dont know the cat, but i disagree about the show.
it's done by ego trip who put out arguably the best book and maybe magazine ever published. everything they do from the big book of racism, rap lists to the race o rama tv shows are offensive to some, but are done with an amazing amount of thought, insane graphic design (by brent rollins who also did quannums best shit), and humor. you might want to give it a chance before writing it off, i will for sure.

i don't know dude, its hosted by mc serch and the cats at ego trip tend to have a pretty on point view of race issues and shit. But white rappers are pretty lame, so it could go either way.

Damn... memories... Good lookin out big sammie! I know this cat John Brown. I have done a few tracks with/for him. I've always liked his shit. He hasn't lived in Davis for a minute (been livin in NYC). I believe he is born and raised in Davis which makes him a little different (personality wise) as all Davis locals are. Here is a track I did with him a little over a year ago called "Shouldn't Have Done That" produced by yours truly (he spits second).

yeah... um... i did say he was weird right. I can't really defend that fool after watching that shit. He was definitely lookin like a chump when that bitch busted out the dildo in his grill. At least he is not completely worthless on the mic. I am comfortable saying he is better than that vanilla ice chick and he is not an eminem clone like the dude that got kicked off.
